Exception "java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire application service" while launching OpenEdge Architect
Architect fails to start with error "An error has occurred. See the log file"
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini).
FACT(s) (Environment):
The problem is also observed when starting with the -clean option

CAUSE:
The Eclipse environment became corrupted
FIX:
Reinstall Architect
