Target host Progress is using 1.1 GB of memory which consumes 53 % of the memory.
Production host Progress is using 1.3 GB of memory which consumes only 1% of the memory.
FACT(s) (Environment):
VMware Host was only configured with 380MB of memory.
Production host has 24 GB of memory.

CAUSE:
Because so little memory was configured memory usage would look very high in the VMware host environment. The OS would give Progress 53% of the available memory and any additional memory needed would come from swap space.
FIX:
Configure more memory for the VMware system environment.
