FIX:
The Progress Explorer icon in no longer present when Progress 64-bit is installed on Windows 2008 r2 64-bit. Progress 32-bit install continues to show the Progress Explorer icon, but in either case, it is not a functioning utility. Progress did not port the Progress Explorer to OpenEdge 64-bit installs which is why it does not show up on an OE64-bit install, so this is expected behavior.
