WebClient hangs when passing static temp-tables with default temp-table marshaling
AppServer calls use both static TABLE and dynamic TABLE-HANDLE parameters
At time of hang, AppServer agent is stuck in RECEIVING state
FACT(s) (Environment):
Issue is not seen with full client (prowin32.exe)

Start the WebClient with the -ttmarshal 1 startup parameter.
