Cannot reinstall Infragistics hot fix from OpenEdge 10.2A02 service pack
Error message from Windows installer:
The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
Installation of Infragistics hot fix also failed when OpenEdge 10.2A02 service pack was applied.
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge was completely reinstalled after UltraControls were added to an existing 10.2A02 OpenEdge installation and problems started to appear.

Applied OpenEdge 10.2A02 service pack
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Reinstall OpenEdge 10.2A, then apply the 10.2A03 service pack instead of 10.2A02. The 10.2A03 service pack contains all fixes included in 10.2A02, plus additional fixes.
