SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot start AdminService after un- and re-installing 10.2B
AdminService fails to start with an error message stating: Error 2: The System cannot find the specified file
FACT(s) (Environment):
10.2B was previously installed into a different path/directory
10.2B was un-installed and then re-installed into a different path/directory.

CAUSE:
Bug #OE00197014
FIX:
The workaround is to manually edit the registry entry for 10.2B's AdminService (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->services->AdminService10.2B) so that the ImagePath contains the right Path to the admsrvc.exe.
