Infragistics controls located in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) have version 9.2.20092.1003
Expected version of the Infragistics controls installed with OpenEdge 10.2B is 9.2.20092.2017
FACT(s) (Environment):
Does not occur on all machines
Infragistics controls located in DLC\bin\Infragistics\winforms are version 9.2.20092.2017
OpenEdge 10.2B installations with the OE Ultra Controls .NET license should be running version 9.2.20092.2017 of Infragistics
During installation of OpenEdge 10.2B, version 9.2.20092.1003 is installed first and then an Infragistics service pack is applied to bring the controls up to version 9.2.20092.2017

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing. It appear that the Infragistics service pack (NetAdvantage_WinForms_20092_SR_2017.msp) was not applied during installation
FIX:
Apply NetAdvantage_WinForms_20092_SR_2017.msp manually on the machine with the version disparity.
NetAdvantage_WinForms_20092_SR_2017.msp is located in \3party\uictrls on the OpenEdge 10.2B installation media.
