CHANGE:
Upgraded from 10.2A to 10.2B
CAUSE:
10.2B is operating correctly. The behavior was incorrect in 10.2A and tightened up in 10.2B as part of bug fix OE00180216.
FIX:
To Add a new object online in 10.2B the index must be set to INACTIVE in the .df file for existing tables. Then the index must be re-enabled after the changes have been made using proutil idxcheck online.
