SYMPTOM(s):
Orphaned Terminal Server ports prevent printing to Windows 7 system.
Getting errors 98 and 4110 when printing to Windows 7 system due to orphaned terminal services sessions.
** Unable to open file: <file-name> Errno= 2 (98)
Unable to create Printer Device Context: <device name> (4110)
Can't print from Windows 2008 system to printer attached on Windows 7 system.
Getting error 98 printing from Windows 2008 system to printer attached on Windows 7 system.
Getting error 4110 printing from Windows 2008 system to printer attached on Windows 7 system.
Event Viewer under Application section on Windows Server 2003 may list either event id 1517 or1524 indicating a profile unload problem and list the cause as "Access is denied".
FACT(s) (Environment):
Similar configuration works with other Windows 2008 and Windows 7 system.
Problem can occur in Windows 2003 and 2008.

CAUSE:
Orphaned Terminal Server ports prevent printing to Windows 7 system.
FIX:
Review information on server in the registry under the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Device Classes\ (the 2nd GUID listed that starts with 28D)
Delete the entries with this pattern:
