Mismatched parameter types passed to procedure <procedure> (3230).
Problem occurs both on client and Appserver sides
Problem happens randomly
Removing -q parameter impacts Appserver's performance
FACT(s) (Environment):
Removing -q parameter seems to stop the problem from occurring
