CLOB and BLOB datatypes do not support initial values
Defining a CLOB or BLOB field with an initial value reports an error
Invalid INITIAL value for <name> field. Only '?' value can be used to initialize BLOB or CLOB field type. (13295)
Documentation does not list restrictions on initial value for CLOB and BLOB fields
