Oracle error - 1012 see "Oracle Error Messages and Codes Manual". (1252)
Can not load shared library error in dataserv.lg file

Oracle DataServer
CAUSE:
The oracle client installed is 64 bit version but data server product is 32 bit. 32 bit process can not load 64 bit dll's
FIX:
Install and configure 32 bit Oracle client
