PATH\_debugEnable.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command.
FACT(s) (Environment):
_debugEnable.exe executable is missing from the %DLC%\bin directory
Installation was thought to have been done as a Netsetup

CAUSE:
The installation was supposed to be done as a Netsetup, with the main files located on an installation that is mapped to with a mapped drive.
Instead, the Netsetup was never completed, so there is no local Netsetup installation.
FIX:
Install OpenEdge again using a Netsetup installation by mapping a drive to the Netsetup folder on the remote installation and running setup.
