OUTPUT TO PRINTER \\UNC_Path\Printername fails to print Printer Control Language Escape character sequences
OUTPUT TO PRINTER \\UNC_Path\Printername fails to print if -Wa -wpp client startup parameters are used

CAUSE:
The Easy Print feature used by the Windows 2008 R2 does not allow direct printing to the printer if the -Wa -wpp client startup parameters are used or if the output contains Printer Control Language Escape character sequences.
FIX:
Disable the Windows 2008 R2 Easy Print feature and manually install each print driver on the server to match the client machine.
