SYMPTOM(s):
Procopy is unable to copy a database with the same name but different character case
The procopy utility cannot copy the source database onto itself. (11024)
It only happens when both source and target databases reside in the same location

OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Bug#: OE00196084
FIX:
Currently, the only workaround is to move one of the databases to another location and use procopy from there
