CAUSE:
WebServices call uses different parameters than expected by OpenEdge AppServer. Example:
WebServices client uses one input and one output parameter while AppServer expects one input-output parameter
FIX:
Correct parameters accordingly. In doubt create new documentation from the WSDL generated by proxygen via bprowsdldoc utility to see which input output parameters are expected from the WebServices client
