SYMPTOM(s):
LEAVE event doesn't fire in Window when switching to form
When launching an ABL .NET Form from an ABL Window and focus is switched to the Form, the LEAVE event never fires in the ABL Window.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00195904
FIX:
To workaround this issue; Directly after firing the Show() method, on the form, APPLY "LEAVE" TO <ablwinhandle>.
