Insufficient system resources when restoring ProControl file

INTRODUCTION:
=============
ProControl allows you to backup all settings to a file and restore the
file on another host. This simplifies the setup when alot of databases
and their settings needs to be configured
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
At times the restore of this file into ProControl might show the
message "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested
service" even though the server have plenty of resources still free.
This is due to a corrupted backup of the settings, and can be fixed by
redoing the backup.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
In ProControl's OPTION folder there is a <backup> and <restore> button
which is used for the above operation.
