Yes. Even though the Download Center (ESD) site does not list a specific Service Pack for OpenEdge Explorer, you can apply the the latest Service Pack OpenEdge Management 10.2Ax to the OpenEdge Explorer 10.2A.
The OpenEdge Explorer is like a LITE version of the OpenEdge Management so the Service Pack is the same. They are actually the same product but licensed differently.
To find the OpenEdge Management/Explorer Service Pack, go to Download Center. From the Product List menu, choose Service Packs and look for Progress® OpenEdge® Management Service Packs.
As of February 25, 2010, the latest OpenEdge Management/Explorer Service Pack is 10.2A02.
