CPU consumption increases to 100% when non-default NameServer is started
Default NameServer name (NS1) is not in use and is not present in the ubroker.properties file
Non-default NameServer is used (eg. ns91d)

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Make a backup of the current $DLC/properties/ubroker.properties file.
Copy the $DLC/properties/ubroker.properties-sav to $DLC/properties/ubroker.properties
Copy the relevant sections of the file to the "new" $DLC/properties/ubroker.properties file
