Running new OpenEdge Explorer tool and after committing new password, just get a message that says " connecting ".
FACT(s) (Environment):
DEP settings have the lower radial button selected.
Windows Server 2008
OpenEdge 10.2A
CAUSE:
Java is not being started.
FIX:
To enable java for the OpenEdge Explorer Tool do the Following:
1. Enable the upper Radial button for DEP.
2. Reboot the Host to enable selection.
3. After AdminService is started, start OpenEdge Explorer Tool.
