Target database log file contains error (10429).
REPL : (10429) The user failed to connect to database <dbname>

CAUSE:
This is not a transition failure or fault.
During transition, one of the tasks is to first attempt to connect to the database in multi-user mode, if the connection fails then try to connect to the database in single-user mode. If the database had been shutdown prior to the transition (which is a valid state) then the multi-user connection attempt will fail and error message (10429) will be displayed in the database log file.
FIX:
Ignore message (10429) in the database log file.
