SYMPTOM(s):
ProVision installation is missing include files from within the tty directory
Can't compile character application due to missing include files
FACT(s) (Environment):
log, set, get, fn, fnarg include files are not found in tty directory
log, set, get, fn, fnarg include files are found in gui directory
The character application being compiled requires one or more of those include files

CAUSE:
The tty include files come with the ProVision Plus product, not the ProVision product.
FIX:
Install the ProVision Plus product.
Workaround:
Use the files from the gui directory (they are the same) and include them within your application instead of relying on them being part of the Progress installation.
