SQL connection from Excel fails with message: MERANT driver is not supported.

CAUSE:
There is a DSN under the User section of the ODBC Manager and one under the System section, both with the same name except for capitalization
FIX:
Remove the DSN from the User section, which is no longer needed, as it was using the MERANT driver
