SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed agent can not see environment set up for the user that started admin server
The user environment variable can not been seen when running os-command from WebSpeed workshop
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The user environment variables are defined after the admin server is started, therefore the agent process does not inherit them
FIX:
After defining the environment variables, restart admin server and WebSpeed broker
