Can not see databases under database folder from Progress Explorer
Errors present in admserv.lg file
Exception recorded in ads0.exp file
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.x
Progress 9.X.
CAUSE:
The conmgr.properties is corrupted, therefore admin server could not load the file
FIX:
Replace conmgr.properties file with default one, and add database definitions manually
