CAUSE:
WebSpeed broker srvrStartupParam parameter contains very long list of parameters causing the error in the messenger process when it tries to parse the ubroker.properties file.
FIX:
Move WebSpeed agent startup parameters into the parameter file and add -pf <parameter_file>.pf in srvrStartupParam instead of having very long list of parameters.
