SYMPTOM(s):
.NET Form loads properly into Visual Designer
Running the loaded form fails with dialog box stating Exception occurred during launch
Type information for class '<x>' is not available
Project specified an external location for its files rather than using the default location when the project was initially created
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.2B

CHANGE:
Migrated existing workspace from OpenEdge 10.2A02 to OpenEdge 10.2B
CAUSE:
The existing run configurations in Architect had PROPATH entries that were no longer correct as they now references @{ROOT} instead of @{WORK}
FIX:
Delete all existing run configurations for the project and allow new ones to be created
