SYMPTOM(s):
Oracle DataServer field list performs slow when using unified broker configuration
Only slow when the client and the broker are on different machines
Only slow when in two loops while second loop references a new field in field list
Only seen in OE 10.1B
FACT(s) (Environment):
Not seen in 9.1D even using unified broker

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Use _probrkr configuration. Start DataServer broker as _probrkr from command prompt as
_probrkr -H host -S port
