Not using slash as Date separator
Not using dash as Date separator

CAUSE:
Text file contains an invalid Date format
FIX:
Correct date data in the text file.
Date in the text file must be entered as three numbers, separated by / (slash) or - (dash).
For example: 1/1 and 3/3/ are invalid dates.
