FACT(s) (Environment):
AppServer is started with -d mdy
HP-UX

CAUSE:
AppServer was started using -d mdy parameter and clients were using format dmy for dates. When passing parameters to a procedure running on the AppServer message 5729 and 2570 were generated.
FIX:
Start application using same date format as the AppServer does.
