CAUSE:
Applying 10.1C0417 hotfix without applying 10.1C04 service pack.
FIX:
The versioning scheme for OE hotfixes gives an indication if a service pack is required.
Example: 10.1C0417 hotfix requires 10.1C04 service pack.
10.1C0004 hotfix can be applying on 10.1C FCS install base, no service pack is required.
