FACT(s) (Environment):
Query/Results application and reports were created on a Development server
All Query/Results application files were deployed to a Deployment Server
Progress 9.x

CAUSE:
The Query/Results application needs to be rebuilt when deploying results reports on a different machine to where they were developed. This ensures that new fastload files are created that reference the new location of the reports.
FIX:
Do not copy all the fastload files to the deployment server. On the deployment machine do a Query/Results "Application Rebuild" to regenerate the fastload files.
