FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
A FIND statement, just prior to the WebService call used the NO-ERROR statement and no statements between them used NO-ERROR therefore the ERROR-STATUS system handle was never reset.
FIX:
Reset ERROR-STATUS by utilizing NO-ERROR in a cosmetic fashion.
