V9 NT install Hangs on Checking System requirements screen

In some cases, we have reports of the Version 9 Install Utility
hanging while checking the system requirements.

In some instances this has been attributed to a VIRUS Protection
program running.

In order to resolve the issue the VIRUS checker should be turned off,
including any services running on NT that may be associated with
the VIRUS protection
