Administrator users see the SMTP password hidden as dots

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00187813
CAUSE:
This is a known issue since the initial implementation of the Management Product.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2A02,10.2B where this issue has been fixed
Workaround:
setup a mail account ONLY for alerts usage. eg fmx@ourco.com
