Error <read/writing> socket, ret=<n>, errno=<n>. (778)
Error reading socket, ret=10054, errno=2. (778)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Connecting to the Oracle through the orabroker1 unified broker
The pf file being used looks correct
The oracle SQL*NET is not created
Creating the SQL*NET successfully did not resolve the issue
The schema holder is missing oracle schema image so the schema holder is just an empty OE database

CAUSE:
The schema holder is missing the oracle schema image
FIX:
Create the schema holder by first connecting to the existing empty OE database using the steps on the solution P4968 , Then connect using the pf file from a client machine.
