The original .d file dumped from the prior version of the database contains 1 record for 3 fields

CHANGE:
Upgraded from 9.1C to 9.1E by using dump and load of the records on an empty 9.1E database
CAUSE:
The .d file being used or looked at belongs to a different table
FIX:
No action is necessary as the concern table contains correct amount record.
