java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect (7900)
Bind failed: java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: <servername>; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect (7900)

OpenEdge 10.x
CHANGE:
Machine recently switched from DHCP to Static IP
CAUSE:
Hosts file contains incorrect pairing of hostname and IP address.
FIX:
Correct the reference in the hosts file (or DNS server) for the AdminServer machine name and host IP address.
Then start the AdminServer again.
