SYMPTOM(s):
WSA status greyed out within the Progress Explorer.
Can't check the WSA Ok test within web browser.
Can't ping host name of machine listed in wsaURL from command line.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
DNS or the hosts file have not been properly configured to communicate with the host name referenced in the wsaURL or the network is in some way malfunctioning.
FIX:
The Progress Explorer uses the WebServices wsaURL to interact with the Java Servlet Engine which hosts the WSA.
If network connectivity to the defined hostname is not available then the Progress Explorer will not be able to communicate or check the status of the WebService.
