When referencing XML Schema files through the schemaLocation attribute the AppServer only searches the Working directory
The XML Schema files are specified with either a relative path or no path
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.1x
OpenEdge 10.2x
All Supported Operating Systems
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. The OpenEdge client or AppServer currently does not look for schema or XML files via PROPATH. These items are found relative to the client?s/AppServer?s working directory.
FIX:
Specify the absolute path of the XML Schema file when using the schemaLocation attribute.
