OE 10.x client does not connect to the Oracle database when multiple mixed versions of databases are being connected
OE 10.x client only connects to the schema holder but not to the oracle database
FACT(s) (Environment):
ABL client connects to multiple Progress 9.1x databases and OE databases as well as progress 9.1x ODBC DataServer schema holder and the OE 10.x Oracle DataServer schema holder
OE oracle DataServer schema holder is the last one to be connected

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Connect to the oracle DataServer schema holder first by moving the Oracle DataServer schema holder connection to the top of the schema holder.
