SYMPTOM(s):
Getting error 1176 starting the database when using -pinshm.
The data space of the process is not enough for the shm segment (1176)
Running out of shared memory segments after restarting the database multiple times.
-pinshm is not releasing the segments on Solaris 10 version 127127-11.

FIX:
To workaround this issue remove -pinshm parameter.
