Agents pool range on the progress explorer is grayed out after the changing the initial number of agents to start value
The value is changed but it is still showing gray as trying to increase the initial number of agents to start value

CHANGE:
Recently upgraded the license to increase the user count
CAUSE:
This is a known cosmetic issue on the progress explorer
FIX:
The workaround is to change the agent's pool range value from the bottom up, i.e., change the maximum agents value first and than change the initial number of agents to start value to higher number.
