SYMPTOM(s):
After doing a netsetup to an NT machine the Webtools option is not there.
Also missing is the button to change from remote to local connection.
CAUSE:
This can happen if you have done a Netsetup in version 9 to a machine that has had previous Progress products on the machine. What is happening is that there are Environment variables that are still set to the old version and the new
features are not showing up because it does not know about them.
FIX:
Going into the System option of Control panel and changing any of the Progress related Environment variables (DLC, PROMSGS, PROCFG, or others) should correct the problem.
