A Search Criterion for the log file monitor created in the Resources cannot be reused when adding additional rule
The same Search Criterion is on the list in OpenEdge Management Library

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00193914
FIX:
In order to workaround the issue, create search criteria in 'Library' list before using it in the 'Resources' section. Then, it will be possible to use it from the drop down list when defining log file monitor rules.
