Dbtool reports decimal fields as error against SQLWidth when they aren't
Dbtool reports an error even if the SQLWidth is less then the maximum width that is used in the field
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.2x
CAUSE:
Dbtool is incorrectly reporting an error on some decimal fields that are close to the SQLWidth
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.2A02 or later
