ERROR Main: Error in getting handle to the IS3 dialog box.
Installing to Debug version of Windows 2008
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows Server 2008
OpenEdge 10.2A 64-bit
CAUSE:
Though not absolutely confirmed the suspicion is that the error was caused by a difference in behavior on the Debug version of the Windows 2008 operating system.
A subsequent attempt to install on the same hardware to the commercial non-debug version of Windows 2008 encountered no errors.
FIX:
Install on a non-Debug version of the Windows operating system.
