WebSpeed Messenger errors while Agents hung in the CONNECTING state
Disconnecting with no header on WTA output web stream. (5814) : error= -3
WTA: WebSendMessage() Could not connect to WTB: npp_connect() failed with error: -3. (6402)
WTA: npp_send() failed while sending terminate message! Error: -70. (6397)
WTA: Failed to notify broker of state information! (6400)
WTA: npp_poll() failed with a drastic error status: -1. (6401)
WTA: WebGetEvent() failed, exiting! (6386)
Timeout while waiting for connection to Server Process
FACT(s) (Environment):
N-Tier environment used, web server with WebSpeed Messenger on one server, whereas WebSpeed Transaction Server and Database are on separate machines.
Network traffic shaping device used on the network

New network traffic shaping device installed in the system
CAUSE:
Network errors caused due to the misconfiguration on the traffic shaping device
FIX:
Configure the adequate UDP and TCP/IP ports on all the network devices being used within WebSpeed environment.
