SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer connection failure when enabling update triggers
Appserver agent log file shows error 49 (Memory Violation) and a protrace file is created.
SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)
Protrace from _proapsv reads:
free_mem
cr_run_loaded
execProc
execCall
User gets errors 9407 and 5451
Connection failure for host <host_name> port <port> transport <transport_name>. (9407)
SERVER <name> is not connected. (5451)
FACT(s) (Environment):
The problem is not observed if the update triggers are removed
The problem is not observed if the AppServer is not used but the update triggers are enabled
AppServer in State-Reset mode

The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Use the -lbimod 1 when starting the AppServer agents
